Strategic Operations Manager

Full-Time/San Francisco, CA (in-office)

Have you ever observed a contract negotiation and thought . . . there has to be a better way?

Bonterms is assembling an elite team of problem solvers to join us in cracking the code on a challenge that vexes nearly every enterprise – customer and provider agreements.

We are gearing up for beta launch of our first-of-a-kind, two-sided deal platform. The Bonterms Platform will enable parties to easily enter into our Standard Agreements, which are vetted by a who’s-who Committee of lawyers from F500, tech and leading law firms and already in use on a daily basis by enterprise customers and providers.

As a Strategic Operations Manager in our San Francisco HQ, you’ll spearhead initiatives across all areas of our business, including customer experience, go-to-market, platform operations and strategic planning.

Bonterms is obsessed with quality and building for the most discerning customers in the world. We are funded by XYZ Capital and the law firm of Wilson Sonsini. Bonterms is a SaaS company, not a law firm or legal services provider.
