Established in 2021, the Bonterms Standard Agreements Committee is a standing group of more than 120 in-house lawyers, law firm partners, and subject-matter experts meeting continuously throughout the year. Drafting begins with expert subcommittees and proceeds through multiple rounds of full Committee review, surveys, and revisions.
