Review the Standard Agreement

The Standard is the agreement you'll enter into unless something on the Cover Page modifies it.

Set your Key Terms

The Cover Page lists the Key Terms. Agree or edit as needed to make the terms work for you.

Add or respond to Additional Terms

If the sender proposed Additional Terms, respond directly on the Cover Page. Need something more? Add your own using our Standard Playbooks (the same ones available on the Platform).

Only the Cover Page changes

If it's not on the Cover Page, it's the Standard. You only need to review what's shown there.

Sign and you're done

Sign the Cover Page and include the Standard Agreement (PDF or link). Most teams sign via Docusign or their usual signature process.
