Learn More About Bonterms Standard Agreements in the Google Cloud Marketplace

Bonterms Standard Agreements in Google Cloud Marketplace

Google Cloud Marketplace offers three Bonterms Standard Agreements as ready-to-use legal options for transactions between providers and their customers:

Partners can use these agreements for both standard public listings and private offers. All three are free to use and licensed under the open-source document license CC BY-ND.

Why does this matter?

Negotiating custom legal agreements is slow and expensive for both providers and their customers. Bonterms Standard Agreements were developed by a committee of 120 lawyers to reflect industry best practices and fairly balance the interests of both sides.

For customers, a Bonterms agreement is one you only need to review once. Once familiar with the baseline terms, purchasing any product that uses them becomes significantly faster.

For providers (ISVs), adopting a Bonterms agreement signals that your terms are fair, open, and ready to transact — removing a common friction point in the sales process.

Using Bonterms Agreements in Google Cloud Marketplace

Bonterms Standard Agreements are available to Google Cloud Marketplace partners for both standard listings and private offers. For full implementation details, see Google's documentation.
